Founded in Austin, Texas, in 1995 by Bert 'Tito' Beveridge, we became the first legal distillery in the state's history. We continue to batch-distill our corn-based vodka using old-fashioned pot stills to ensure a smooth, high-quality finish that remains naturally gluten-free.
